To display appointments that are using specific resources, the following options are available:
display appointments in one or several resource calendars
display appointments of all resource calendars of a resource calendar group
How to display the appointments of resource calendars:
Open a resource calendar group in the folder view. Enable the checkbox next to a resource calendar.
To show or hide the appointments of other calendars, enable or disable the checkboxes next to the respective calendars.
To only display the appointments of a single resource calendar, click the icon next to the resource calendar in the folder view. Click on .
In order to display the previously shown calendars again, do one of the following:
Click on a calendar in the folder view.
Click the icon next to the resource calendar in the folder view. Click on .
How to only display the appointments of a resource calendar group:
Click the icon next to the resource calendar group in the folder view. Click on .
To display the previously shown appointments again, click the icon next to the resource calendar group in the folder view. Click on .
